Hamid Nematollah’s latest flick will be screened at the 39th edition of the event.

Popular Iranian stars Amin Hayaee and Leila Hatami have appeared in this movie.

Nematollah is an Iranian scriptwriter and director. He entered the cinema realm by working as an assistant director on Masoud Kimiaee’s ‘Banquet’

He made his directorial debut with ‘Boutique’.  The movie was nominated for Best Film at the Iran Cinema Celebration Awards and gained the Best Film Crystal Simorgh from Fajr Film Festival.

The director received a Diploma of Honor for the Best Screenplay from the Fajr International Film Festival for ‘Down and Out’ (2008).

The FFF coincides with the Ten-Day Fajr ceremonies across Iran, marking the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Since its establishment in 1982, the FFF has played a vital role in the development of Iranian Cinema.

Supervised by Iran’s Ministry of Culture, the festival hosts veteran directors and new filmmakers from Iran every year.
